Concierge Services

You or your loved ones may at times require assistance or have needs that are not necessarily related to other Vador services or to medical matters. In many cases, you or your family may be able to help with those needs. In others, family members may be geographically removed or, for other reasons, unable to help. In those cases, Vador personnel can either provide such services on behalf of our clients and patients or arrange for assistance from others.

We tailor our solutions to you. Our market knowledge and attention to your needs allows us to bring a new dimension to care and expanded concierge services in both homes and institutions. Talk to us about how we can make life easier.

These are some of our commonly requested services but keep in mind we can assist in other services that a concierge or personal assistant can handle.

TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS

We can help with travel arrangements whether by specialized medical transport or other methods including airlines, buses, etc.

RELOCATION SERVICES

Vador can help locate and engage services that offer specialized relocation for seniors or typical moving services locally, nationally or internationally.

EVENT ARRANGEMENTS

In most cases, you can deal with special event arrangements (e.g. birthdays, anniversaries) for you loved one. In others, matters of geography and schedule may require the need of someone to assist.

SECURITY

In rare occasions, personal circumstances or perceived needs dictate the need for additional personal security.  Vador can assist in arranging services that offer those arrangements.

PERSONAL ASSISTANT or SECRETARIAL SERVICES

You or your loved ones may need services related to the personal organization of correspondence to business arrangements to other matters that an executive assistant might handle. If, for reasons of geography or otherwise, you or the family are unable to perform these services, Vador can do so or assist in arranging services.

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT RECORD-KEEPING, PAYMENTS AND REPORTING

The Vador group includes affiliation with a firm of Florida Certified Public Accountants. Further, one of Vador’s senior managers is a former associate with one of the “Big Six” international CPA firms. These relationships provide the ability to assist with financial matters of all kinds. We can provide services normally provided by a CPA firm or financial consultant, including alternative investment evaluation.

RESIDENTIAL CLEANING

As stated elsewhere, Vador Careologists can assist with tidying up and cleaning small areas.   In some cases, complete periodic or specialized cleaning is necessary and beyond the range of the family.  Vador can assist with engaging people or companies that can offer those services.

MEDICAL SCHEDULING AND MANAGEMENT

When your loved ones are partially or totally confined, their care sometimes requires licensed professionals in a wide array of disciplines. Vador personnel can deal with many of those needs. When other professionals must be located, scheduled, and managed, Vador brings a high level of proficiency and market knowledge to the scheduling and management of appointments with other professionals in Sarasota, Longboat Key, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Southern Hillsborough, and Pinellas counties.

REMOTE CARE AND MONITORING

The pandemic of the last few years brought a hastened new dimension to
the provision of health care and the monitoring of patients not
necessarily in institutions. Health care providers found it necessary to provide care by remote means, and the march of technology made remote monitoring of patients more accurate and affordable while avoiding, in many cases, the need for institutionalization and more frequent personal visits. The Vador Remote Program is tailored to those patients who are comfortable with remote communications or who may need remote monitoring of medical metrics. The use of these methods and devices can both enhance the quality of care and control costs while minimizing the necessity for personal visits to health care providers.
