HOME MAINTENANCE (HANDYMAN) REPAIR SERVICES
All homeowners have periodic needs for major and minor maintenance. Sometimes a family member does much of the work. At other times, ability or time available does not make work from family members an option. At other times, people who can do the work simply wish to be relieved of the responsibility. RENOVATION SERVICES
In addition to maintenance work, most of us eventually consider remodeling or renovating our homes. We are then faced with decisions of design, qualifications of contractors, and permitting in the local jurisdiction.
Vador is unique in having within its umbrella a licensed general contractor (CGC1525635). That means that we possess the capability and license to do both minor and major renovations and to know when licensed tradespeople are needed for both repairs and renovations.
Note that separately licensed people may be necessary for significant electrical, plumbing, HVAC/air conditioning, and roofing work. We can help you with the sometimes challenging decision of when a separately-licensed company or person is needed and when a permit must be obtained. If permits are needed, we can perform that service for you. We can also sometimes furnish such licensed people or companies within our group. At other times, we can locate and engage competent and reasonable professionals under our general contractor’s license, thus sparing you the challenge of finding and understanding the necessities of licensed work (sometimes overstated by aggressive tradespeople) and its scope.
